Pushing its minimalist philosophy further, H. Moser & Cie. has introduced the new Endeavour Tourbillon Skeleton. This fully skeletonised timepiece, reduced to its essential elements, is designed to showcase the movement in its entirety while maintaining the understated elegance associated with the Endeavour collection.

The timepiece comes in a 40 mm 5N red gold case measuring 10.7 mm in thickness. It features the collection’s characteristic asymmetric case middle, a sapphire crystal caseback, and a red gold crown engraved with the Moser “M” logo. The open architecture of the watch is immediately visible from the front, with the skeletonised dial revealing the movement’s structure, finished in anthracite tones with drawn strokes. The applied indices and leaf-shaped hour and minute hands are also made in 5N red gold to offer contrast and legibility. Serving as a prominent technical feature, a one-minute flying tourbillon beats at 6 o’clock.

Beating inside the Endeavour Tourbillon Skeleton is the in-house automatic HMC 814 calibre. The movement drives the hours and minutes, operates at 21,600 vibrations per hour (3 Hz), and delivers a power reserve of 72 hours through a bi-directional pawl winding system. The gold oscillating weight is fully skeletonised, and the open barrel allows the mainspring to be seen in operation. The movement is fitted with H. Moser & Cie.’s proprietary double hairspring, developed in-house by sister company Precision Engineering AG. This system improves isochronism and accuracy by reducing friction and compensating for shifts in the balance’s centre of gravity during operation. The movement is finished with diamond-bevelled bridges and anthracite-treated surfaces.

The H. Moser & Cie. Endeavour Tourbillon Skeleton (Ref. 1814-0400) is delivered on a hand-stitched dark brown alligator nubuck leather strap with a 5N red gold pin buckle.
