With three new limited-edition timepieces inspired by His Majesty’s Armed Forces, British watchmaker Bremont has revived its HMAF collection for 2026, celebrating the brand’s long-standing relationship with the UK Ministry of Defence. The line pays tribute to the British Army, Royal Navy, and Royal Air Force through purpose-built watches designed around land, sea, and air.

Bremont has worked with the Ministry of Defence since 2019, producing watches for serving military personnel and drawing on Britain’s military timekeeping heritage. Through the partnership, the company is now authorised to use the official signs, symbols, and heraldic badges of all three armed services, and each watch in the latest HMAF collection carries the official insignia of its respective service. There’s the HMAF Terra Nova 40.5 Date for the Army, the HMAF Supermarine 40 Date for the Royal Navy, and the HMAF Altitude 39 Date for the Royal Air Force. Each model is limited to 300 pieces, while a special three-watch commemorative set is limited to just 50 examples.

The Army-inspired offering is the field watch HMAF Terra Nova 40.5 Date, featuring a vintage aesthetic and modern specifications. The watch has a 40.5 mm two-piece 904L stainless-steel case with satin and polished finishes and an oversized crown designed for easy operation. Its standout feature is a caramel-gradient California dial fitted with three-dimensional Super-LumiNova numerals in a warm cream tone. The Army insignia is positioned at 9 o’clock, while a date window sits opposite at 3 o’clock. It is driven by Bremont’s BB54 automatic movement, which operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz) and delivers a 41-hour power reserve. The watch offers 100 metres of water resistance and can be paired with either a 904L steel bracelet or a light-brown nubuck leather strap.

For the Royal Navy, Bremont has created the HMAF Supermarine 40 Date, a dive watch inspired by the muted grey tones of naval vessels. The 40 mm case is crafted from 904L stainless steel with an ultra-matt grey finish and is fitted with a grey ceramic unidirectional dive bezel, marking the first time a full ceramic bezel insert has been used on the 40 mm Supermarine platform. The watch features a grey-gradient dial with applied indexes filled with blue-emission Super-LumiNova for improved visibility in low-light conditions. The Royal Navy insignia is positioned at 6 o’clock, accompanied by a date display at 3 o’clock. Inside is the BB64 automatic movement, offering a 56-hour power reserve and operating at 4 Hz. Designed as a serious dive watch, the Supermarine provides water resistance to 300 metres and is paired with a grey leather strap.

Completing the trio is the HMAF Altitude 39 Date, a pilot’s watch inspired by vintage military aircraft. The model features a 39 mm Trip-Tick case made from 904L stainless steel and finished in midnight-bronze Cerakote, a coating selected for its durability and scratch resistance. A black DLC-coated central barrel contrasts with the bronze exterior, while the case also incorporates anti-shock and anti-magnetic protection systems. The black dial carries applied numerals and indexes filled with beige Super-LumiNova, while the RAF crest appears at 6 o’clock. A distinctive seconds hand incorporates Bremont’s signature Martin-Baker ejection-seat pull-cord detail, a design element inherited from the brand’s aviation-focused MB collection.

Powering the Altitude 39 Date is the BB14 automatic movement, based on a La Joux-Perret calibre. Operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour, it offers the longest power reserve in the collection at 68 hours. Through the exhibition caseback, owners can view the movement along with outlines of all three heraldic badges printed on the sapphire crystal. The watch is completed with a quick-release light-brown nubuck leather strap featuring cream stitching and offers water resistance to 100 metres.
