For Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games, Longines has created a special-edition timepiece as a tribute to the brand’s long-standing role as Official Timekeeper of the event for 60 years. Starting with the 1962 Perth Games in Australia, Longines has supported landmark editions such as Glasgow 2014, Gold Coast 2018, and Birmingham 2022. The new HydroConquest 2026 Commonwealth Games is a limited edition of 2,026 pieces.

The highlight of the timepiece is the polished lacquered dial, which transitions from a vibrant teal into a deep black gradient, while the violet “HydroConquest” lettering and pink-tipped seconds hand beautifully echo the official colours of the Games. Legibility is ensured with rhodium-plated hands and applied indexes filled with Swiss Super-LumiNova, while the black ceramic bezel insert features numerals rendered in a matching teal tone to tie the entire palette together, giving the watch a distinctly modern sporting character.

Externally, the watch is available in 39 mm and 42 mm stainless steel cases. It features a screw-in crown, a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with multilayer anti-reflective treatment, and 300 metres of water resistance. Inside, it is powered by the automatic Longines Calibre L888.5 with a power reserve of up to 72 hours. The movement is equipped with a monocrystalline silicon balance spring, which offers enhanced resistance to magnetic fields. On the reverse, the screw-down caseback is engraved with the official Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games emblem alongside the “LIMITED EDITION – ONE OF 2026” inscription.

The watch is paired with a black rubber strap fitted with a double-security folding clasp and an integrated micro-adjustment system for improved comfort and adaptability on the wrist.
