Adding to its collection of summer edition watches, Hublot has introduced a new timepiece for 2025—the Big Bang Unico Summer 2025 (Ref. 441.ES.5199.RX) was unveiled in the sun-drenched heart of Mykonos alongside brand ambassador Usain Bolt and Meduza’s Mattia Vitale. Exuding vibrant Mediterranean hues, the watch is a limited edition of 100 pieces.
Crafted in Hublot’s high-tech microblasted ceramic, the 42 mm case features a vibrant orange shade, reminiscent of golden hour skies, while the contrasting sky blue ceramic bezel evokes open sea horizons. The chronograph pushers at 2 and 4 o’clock accompany the large crown at 3 o’clock. Robust yet lightweight, the case is closed with a sapphire crystal caseback and boasts 100 metres of water resistance, making it suitable to wear at the poolside or sea.
The skeletonised dial continues the summer theme in matte sky blue with orange accents. It is accentuated with Arabic numerals and indices that are mounted over the date wheel at the periphery. The date window opens at 3 o’clock. The numerals, as well as the skeletonised hour and minute hands, are inserted with white Super-LumiNova, while the central chronograph seconds hand is painted yellow.
Beating beneath is the in-house HUB1280 Unico movement, an automatic chronograph with flyback function, column wheel architecture, and a 72-hour power reserve. Visible from the caseback, the bridges and rotor are blue-plated; while the main plate, bridges, and date wheel in dark blue are visible from the dial side.
Accompanying this summer edition watch are rubber straps in sky blue, dark blue, or orange, each featuring white lining for a sporty finish and closed with a titanium deployant clasp.
The Big Bang Unico Summer 2025 is marked at approx. INR 29,70,000 and will be available at select Hublot boutiques worldwide.
