Ahead of the 2026 festive season, Frederique Constant has introduced the new Classics Index Small Seconds Automatic, featuring an India-inspired dial with indexes in Devanagari script. The dial is light blue-coloured, with a small seconds display at 6 o’clock, and is complemented by nickel-plated hour and minute hands filled with white Super-LumiNova® to allow time reading in low light.

‍

‍

The watch is made of polished stainless steel, measuring 39 mm in diameter and 11.65 mm in thickness. An anti-reflective convex sapphire crystal protects the dial, while an engraved solid threaded caseback completes the build. The timepiece offers water resistance of up to 50 metres.

Powering it is the FC-530 automatic calibre, which offers up to 38 hours of power reserve and operates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz). The movement drives the hours, minutes, and small seconds.

‍

Completing the watch is a five-link stainless-steel bracelet combining brushed and polished surfaces. It features an interchangeable system and a folding clasp, offering versatility while complementing the timepiece’s classic design.
