The new Chopard IMPERIALE Four Seasons in white gold
The new Chopard IMPERIALE Four Seasons in white gold

Bringing a beautiful addition to its renowned women’s watch collection, Chopard has introduced the new IMPERIALE Four Seasons, a 25-piece limited edition that combines fine watchmaking, jewellery, and the arts. Designed by Caroline Scheufele, Co-President of Chopard, the watch is a visual journey through the changing seasons, told through mother-of-pearl marquetry and mechanical finesse.

Beating inside this elegant 36 mm 18K white gold timepiece lies a landscape that transforms with time. The dial is partially covered by a stylised lotus flower motif crafted in satin-finished and polished ethical 18K white gold. A recurring symbol in the IMPERIALE line since its debut in 1994, the lotus here is a sculptural tribute to natural beauty and femininity. The flower motif also appears on the crown, which is topped with a brilliant-cut diamond and mirrored on the lugs, themselves set with pear-cut diamonds. The bezel and the rehaut are also set with brilliant-cut diamonds. The watch is water-resistant to 50 metres.

Beneath this white gold artwork, the lower half of the dial reveals a rotating disc made of painted mother-of-pearl marquetry, which changes its colours gradually as the months and seasons pass—deep blue in winter, fresh green in spring, vibrant yellow in summer, and warm copper in autumn. This evolving display is complemented by four interchangeable alligator leather straps—blue, green, yellow, and orange—each corresponding to a season and carefully matched to the dial’s colour palette.

Powering the watch is the in-house automatic L.U.C 96.31-L movement, part of the L.U.C family—a collection named after Louis-Ulysse Chopard, the brand’s founder. The movement includes Chopard’s Twin technology—two coaxial barrels that deliver a 65-hour power reserve. For the Four Seasons module, the mechanism controls the slowly rotating disc on the dial, completing one full revolution every 365 days. The movement is visible through the sapphire caseback.

The IMPERIALE Four Seasons is available exclusively in Chopard boutiques and online, priced at ₹99,20,000.
