Gerald Charles has unveiled a limited series reserved exclusively for its boutiques. The Masterlink Boutique Edition (Ref. ML1.0-SSDB-00SR-SBDP-BTQ) can be purchased only at the Gerald Charles boutique at JR Nagoya Takashimaya and the Gerald Charles Atelier in Geneva.

The timepiece builds on the brand's first asymmetric integrated bracelet watch line, Masterlink, introduced in 2024 and inspired by the Maestro case designed by the legendary Gérald Genta. It is crafted in 316L stainless steel, measuring 38 mm × 38 mm, and its entire exterior is treated with the brand’s proprietary Darkblast® finish, a powder-application process that produces a deep matte surface and maintains the visual continuity of the integrated design. The screws are nearly invisible, and the screw-down crown is decorated with Clous de Paris.

The integrated steel bracelet carries the same Darkblast® finish and incorporates a micro-link adjustment system. It is offered in three sizes - small (157 mm), medium (205 mm), and large (222 mm), and is secured by a folding clasp with a hexagonal plate engraved “GC.” The watch is water resistant up to 100 metres.

The dial displays central hours and minutes and features a double-layer black construction with a sunray finish. Rather than being stamped, the two superposed levels are fully constructed to create genuine depth. A white minute railway track frames the display, complemented by rhodium-plated baton indexes and baton hands with white Super-LumiNova inserts.

Driving the Boutique Edition is the in-house ultra-thin automatic calibre GCA1000, which operates at 3 Hz and delivers a 50-hour power reserve. It incorporates Incabloc shock protection, a stop-second mechanism, and a unidirectional micro-rotor decorated with a honeycomb pattern. Côtes de Genève adorns the bridges, along with perlage. Other finishes include circular graining, circular brushing, and a Darkblast® border engraved with “Boutique Edition,” all visible through the sapphire caseback.

The price for the Masterlink Boutique Edition is available upon request.
