Czapek & Cie. has introduced a new timepiece to its Faubourg de Cracovie collection - the “Crossroads” Victory Green, a high-frequency chronograph limited to just 18 pieces. The sports watch features an elegant green guilloché dial crafted by Metalem, Czapek & Cie.’s long-time partner, which specialises in high-end artistic dials.

Made from stainless steel, the 41.5 mm case has a lug-to-lug length of 49 mm and features sandblasted recesses along the lugs and flanks for visual lightness, while the chronograph pushers are integrated into the crown guard. Both the front box-style sapphire crystal and the exhibition caseback are treated with an anti-reflective coating.

The dial is formed from Alloy 401 (a blend of gold, platinum, palladium, and silver) and is decorated with an exclusive “Crossroads” guilloché pattern. This motif is a deeper, straighter reinterpretation of the brand’s Double Soleil pattern, inspired by the tread of a sports car tyre. The Victory Green colour is achieved via PVD treatment, and the dial is framed by a black tachymeter scale. The sub-dial layout includes a 30-minute counter at 3 o’clock, a 12-hour counter at 9 o’clock, and a small seconds display at 6 o’clock that incorporates a semi-instantaneous jumping date window. The rhodium-plated arrow hands and applied baton indexes are filled with Super-LumiNova.

Driving the timepiece is the SXH3 calibre, an integrated automatic chronograph movement developed by Vaucher Manufacture Fleurier. The movement operates at a high frequency of 5 Hz (36,000 vibrations per hour), enabling 1/10th-of-a-second precision. It utilises a column wheel, vertical clutch, and linear hammer system to ensure smooth chronograph engagement and instantaneous resetting. The COSC-certified calibre features a variable-inertia balance with gold regulating screws and delivers a power reserve of approximately 65 hours. Visible through the caseback, the movement is finished with anthracite-treated sandblasted bridges, snailed trottoirs, and polished flat-head screws. A skeletonised 22-carat gold oscillating weight provides bi-directional winding.
The watch is paired with either a hand-sewn calfskin or Alcantara strap, secured by a steel deployant clasp.
