Casio has always had a strong bond with India; strengthening it further, the Japanese brand has introduced the new EFK-200 automatic series. The collection brings Japanese mechanical watchmaking together with premium materials and performance-focused design – led by the EFK-200XPB-1ADR, which uses forged carbon for both its case and dial, alongside the EFK-200CD-1ADR and three EFK-200D variants in blue, red, and gold.

The flagship EFK-200XPB-1ADR takes inspiration from the lightweight, high-rigidity forged carbon used in high-performance sports cars. Its marbled carbon pattern means that each watch has a distinct appearance, while a black ion-plated stainless-steel bezel, pink-gold accents on the hands and hour markers, sapphire crystal, and a urethane strap with a deployant clasp complete its sporty construction. The EFK-200CD-1ADR also features a forged carbon dial, while the EFK-200D models use electroformed gradient dials finished with multiple layers of lacquer. These versions are paired with newly designed solid stainless-steel bracelets featuring rounded H-shaped centre links, combining polished and hairline finishes for a more refined look.

Across the collection, the mechanical engine is the Miyota 8215 automatic calibre, with a 42-hour power reserve and a stated accuracy of -20 to +40 seconds per day. The movement can be viewed through a transparent screw-lock caseback, while sapphire crystal provides scratch resistance and the watch offers 100-metre water resistance.
