ArtyA marks Dubai Watch Week 2025 with two striking creations

For Dubai Watch Week 2025, ArtyA has paid homage to the host country, the United Arab Emirates, with two new timepieces in its Aqua collection, presented in partnership with long-time retail collaborator Ahmed Seddiqi. There is a limited edition of ten pieces in emerald-green sapphire and a single, one-of-a-kind model featuring a four-colour sapphire bezel that recreates the UAE flag.

Both watches follow the familiar AquaSaphir architecture - a 41 mm case made almost entirely from sapphire crystal, including the fixed 60-minute bezel, the case middle, the crown, and the front and back crystals. The 10-piece limited edition is built entirely from emerald-green sapphire, manually polished to achieve clarity and shine. The other unique piece takes a different approach: its case middle is crafted from deep black sapphire to contrast with a world-first quadri-colour NanoSapphire bezel. This single-block bezel combines red, green, black, and transparent sapphire in precise sections that reproduce the national colours of the Emirates. Despite the highly transparent construction, the watch still offers a practical 60-metre water-resistance rating.

The timepieces are set with a shimmering aventurine dial reminiscent of a star-filled desert sky. Applied markers and hands filled with Super-LumiNova ensure legibility in low light; at 3 o’clock sits the date window, and the 6 o’clock position highlights the UAE flag and an Arabic inscription reading “Limited Edition, Dubai Edition”.

The timepieces are powered by the reliable La Joux-Perret G100 automatic movement, operating at 28,800 vph or 4 Hz and offering a long 68-hour power reserve, decorated in a darker theme with a customised gold-toned rotor and displaying hours, minutes, seconds, and the date.

Both models are fitted with a black rubber strap and an ArtyA pin buckle with DLC coating. The emerald-green edition is priced at approx. INR 55,65,000, while the UAE version is offered at approx. INR 89,11,000.
