We spoke at length about the latest novelties from the brand, what the inspirations behind them were, and how the fan favorite independent watchmaker stays relevant in a very competitive market.

At the recent launch of Zero Hour by Titan, a brand new vertical that will focus on high end specification rich rugged sports watches across land, air, and water. The first collection is the professional diver’s watches, from which a few of the highest end variants are ISO 6425 compliant and associated with PADI. On this momentous occasion in the Indian watch industry, Team Chronoholic sat down with Ms. Ranjani Krishnaswamy, the Chief marketing Officer of the Titan Analog Watches division, and learned more about this new direction Titan is taking.

We met Mr. Oliver van Lanschot Hubrecht, the CEO of Alpina, at the Alpina booth at Watches & Wonders in Geneva. A fan favorite entry level brand that makes robust watches at affordable price points, it was a pleasure speaking to the man at the helm of the ship. From their revamped Startimer Pilots line to the ever popular Extreme and Alpiner collections, the brand is doing very cool things.
